Hey, I’m Cait. 👋 I’m a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and CrossFit athlete based in Superior, Colorado.

I help people feel strong, capable, and grounded in their bodies — through movement, fueling, and habits that actually fit real life.

My approach is equal parts structure with flexibility — because fitness should support your life, not take it over.

the real Story

For a long time, I was caught in the loop of trying to be everything for everyone — always striving, always chasing some version of “enough.”

Then I found CrossFit. At first, it just looked like a fun and challenging way to train, but it’s become so much more than that. It’s taught me what it means to show up with consistency, to lean into community, and to find real confidence through doing hard things — not for perfection, but for growth.

Now that’s exactly what I help others do too — to move, fuel, and live in a way that builds confidence from the inside out.

 

how I coach

Whether we’re working 1:1 or through one of my group programs, my goal is to help you:

  • Build strength that translates — in the gym and in daily life.

  • Understand your body, your hunger, and your rhythms.

  • Create a healthy relationship with movement and food that lasts.

I combine performance-based training, cycle-aware nutrition, and nervous-system-friendly recovery — because true health isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what matters most for you.

Outside the gym

When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll probably find me with Pete and our dog Kea — hiking, cooking something cozy, or hanging at a local coffee shop. ☕🐾

I’m also part of the coaching team (and the in-house nutrition coach) at Sup Town CrossFit, where I get to work with an amazing community of athletes every day.
