This Power Yoga class is designed to offer you the challenging yet mindful experience you expect on the mat with a vinyasa flow and a great playlist.
The progression will focus on building core strength and internal heat while allowing your body to awaken with vinyasa flows, extended held postures and conscious breath work. The sequencing is dynamic, powerful and vigorous – the aim of this class is to inspire and assist in charging your internal fire.
